Daniela Williams, Chief Growth Officer (CGO)

Daniela Williams brings nearly two decades of PEO experience to Paylient, having excelled in leadership roles at Fortune 500 companies like Salesforce and ADP TotalSource. At ADP TotalSource, she demonstrated effective communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills, playing a pivotal role in developing the sales and marketing arm. At XMI Human Resource Solutions, she contributed to the company’s successful acquisition by G&A Partners. As CGO, Daniela spearheads the development and execution of growth strategies, nurturing new business relationships, and ensuring a deep understanding of customer needs.

A California native, Daniela holds a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from California State University, Northridge, and an MBA from the University of Phoenix. She resides in St. Augustine, Florida, with her husband and children, enjoying beach outings, boating, and community volunteering.

Jack Straughan, Vice President of Risk Management

Jack Straughan leverages over 30 years of experience in risk management, safety, underwriting, and business process improvement to support companies in creating safe work environments. He spent 24 years at ADP TotalSource, where he led risk management initiatives, including carrier selection, workers’ compensation payments, and the establishment of audit and policy management departments. Jack is recognized for his leadership in driving business growth and implementing process improvements.

Jack holds an MBA from Georgia State University and a bachelor’s degree from Louisiana State University. He resides in Georgia with his wife Kelley, enjoying fishing, hunting, and family time. They have four grown children and a close-knit family.

Rebecca Jacobs, Director - Payroll Operations

Rebecca Jacobs, with 30 years of payroll experience and nine years in the PEO space, leads Paylient’s payroll department, focusing on seamless payroll processing and client satisfaction. At Paylient, she oversees the payroll department, including garnishments, and works closely with the tax department. Rebecca excels in cross-collaboration and high-touch customer service, ensuring clients’ needs are met efficiently.

Becky holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and a graduate-level accounting certificate from The University of Baltimore. She lives in Pasadena, Maryland, with her family, enjoying a vibrant household with six children, numerous pets, and a dedication to high-touch customer service.

Jennifer Hardesty, Implementation Manager

Jennifer Hardesty brings over 20 years of HR management experience to Paylient, where she leads the implementation department. She excels in developing workflow processes and integrating new technologies to enhance productivity and revenue. Her meticulous and client-centered approach ensures seamless transitions, exemplifying Paylient’s commitment to exceeding client expectations.

Jennifer studied Business Management at Towson University and resides in Cooksville with her fiancé and three daughters. She values work/life balance and enjoys a supportive environment at Paylient, contributing to both professional and personal growth.

Debbie Van Meers, Director of Benefits

Debbie Van Meers oversees benefit administration and HRIS technologies at Paylient, bringing extensive HR experience from her previous role as VP of HR in the financial services industry. She excels in managing daily HR functions and supporting mergers and acquisitions, consistently going above and beyond in her role.

Debbie holds a deep commitment to excellence and family. Married for nearly 33 years, she enjoys a fulfilling family life with three sons and three grandchildren, with another on the way. She is dedicated to providing exceptional HR services and fostering a positive work environment.
